Championship winning artisan baker and wholesale butcher. Since 1945 we have been making delicious handmade pies, sausage and traditional meat products such as black pudding & polony.
We make pies to customer’s own recipes when required and continually innovate to meet seasonal demands, new flavour trends or local requirements. For example we recently created a Pork Pie with Bramble and Liquorice Jelly for the Pontefract Liquorice festival and a Bratwurst sausage for an Oktoberfest Party. We try to source all our ingredients locally and are passionate about the provenance and traceability of all our ingredients and products.
