“Cockburns of Bedale”: for their sausages because they are “simply the best producer of sausages around”.

“Thomas of Helmsley”: for their bacon, sausage and black pudding because “The black pudding is made on the premises to a secret recipe and has just right amount of seasoning to add a little spice to breakfast and its never too dry or too crumbly. The sausages – chipolatas – pure pork are made in the shop too.”
