Ingredients
4 pancakes
120g Yorkshire Wensleydale & Cranberries cheese, crumbled
4 apples, peeled, cored & chopped
Sugar to taste
Method
- In a medium pan, add the apples with a dash of water and cook on a medium heat, stirring regularly until the apples break down and becomes fluffy
- Add sugar to taste
- In the centre of a pancake, crumble a quarter of the cheese
- Top with a quarter of the apple, then roll up
- Repeat for the remaining three pancakes and enjoy!
