Revolutionary recipes with a kick of hot stuff

Foodie fans visiting Revolution Bars across the country will be able to enjoy a firey Yorkshire kick to their meal thanks to a new partnership with Malton based producer The Chilli Jam Man

The award winning company, run by husband and wife team Simon and Bonita Barratt, make a range of firey condiments from their base in Thixendale and will now have their popular products featured on Revolution Bar menus nationwide.

Simon said: “We’re really excited to be working with the team at Revolution and including some of our most popular products on their new menus.  From a Chilli Burger Slider challenge featuring our revolutionary new sauces, to the Rib Tickler Coated Ribs or Sticky Chicken Skewers, there’s plenty of choice for those who love heat!

“We’ll also be launching the Smokin’ Ghost Ketchup and Carolina Reaper wing sauce designed exclusively for the Revolution Kitchen very soon along with a couple of milder versions across more than 60 venues.”

Made in-house in small batches using the best ingredients, The Chilli Jam Man range has picked up many National Awards since the business began in 2009, including a number of Great Taste Awards and enjoyed a number of successful collaborations with fellow local producers including the creation of Mostly Ghostly, a beer with a firey kick made by York Brewery.
