Riverford has been awarded Best Organic Retailer 2013 at The Natural and Organic Awards 2013, hosted in association with the Soil Association. Riverford produces and delivers vegboxes across the North of England from its Riverford on Home Farm at Newby Wiske, North Yorkshire. The organic delivery company was recognised for its on-going commitment to making high-quality organic food available to a wide range of people. It’s not the first time Riverford has taken home the award, winning previously in The awards were presented by Michaela Strachen of BBC’s Spring and Autumn Watch at the Natural and Organic Products show in London on Sunday 7th April, held at the Novotel London West. Now in its eighteen year, the annual ceremony recognises and celebrates the organic industry’s most innovative businesses and products.
In the retail category, Riverford was shortlisted with Waitrose and Field Fayre, The Organic Store.
