Rosebud Preserves have announced the release of their new Red Tomato Relish.
Perfect for al fresco dining and summer BBQs, the new relish is a fresh and vibrant mix of ripe tomatoes, sweet peppers and warming cayenne.
Elspeth Biltoft, owner of Rosebud Preserves, said: “As thoughts turn to summer and the pleasure of eating outdoors, we’ve added a spicy Red Tomato Relish to our range of preserves.
“Designed to be the perfect match for a classic beef burger this barbeque season or an excellent accompaniment to a charcuterie board or Italian-style sandwich. Mixed with a little good mayonnaise it will transform the ingredients of your favourite wrap from ordinary to extra special.”
Makers or artisan jams, marmalades, chutneys and jellies from their base in Masham since 1989, Rosebud Preserves was founded by Elspeth along with her founding principles, to source local produce; cook traditional recipes; and practice time honoured techniques, without the use of additives, preservatives or pectin; remain the same today.
