Side Oven Launches NEW Range of Jam
Side Oven Bakery have added two flavours of jams to their product range.
In collaboration with local business ‘The Helbrows: The Foodie Folk’ and using organic fruit and flowers grown on their own family farm, the team have produced two delicious new preserves: Elderflower & Rhubarb and Blackcurrant.
Situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds near Driffield, Carr House Farm is the home of the Side Oven Bakery, and the farm is where the Sellers family have lived and worked for 6 generations.
A wide range of cereals are grown on the Organic farm which, following harvest are taken to the mill house where they are milled into flour using a traditional stone ground mill.
The bakery also makes a wide range of award-winning organic products including breakfast cereals, bread mixes, fruit loaves, oatcakes and much more.
Jessica Ledger, Director at the Side Oven commented: “Provenance has always been our passion, so it is a natural step to make more of the ingredients grown here.
