SkyLounge Leeds launches tempting new food and drink menu

Leeds’ first and favourite cloud coasting bar has launched a fabulous new food and drink menu, offering a mouth-watering medley of cocktails, sharing platters and light bites for those with a taste for life at the top.

Quench your thirst with a Yorkshire-inspired cocktail or two
SkyLounge has a reputation for offering some of the best cosmopolitan cocktails in the city. The new drinks menu is inspired by some of Yorkshire’s gems and is perfectly-timed as the world has gone Yorkshire-crazy following the fantastic Grand Départ. Try a tipple (£9.95) including:

– White Rose
A gin, spicy apple and lemon sherbet based liquid is topped off with a Pinot Grigio and elderflower foam. Finished with a fruity spray in the shape of the Yorkshire rose – a true tribute to this great county.

– Ruby, Ruby, Ruby
Who could forget this catchy tune from Leeds’ favourite indie sons,
the Kaiser Chiefs. Made with Ketel One Vodka, Coconut Rum, Grenadine, lemon and cranberry juice.

– Lady Lavender’s Libation
Opened in 1878, the Grand Theatre is one of the city’s most famous buildings. However if you hear the footsteps and smell this famous scent, beware, you could be in line to meet the (not so famous) ghostly resident….. A delicious mix of Amaretto, Martini rosso, Blackberries, cranberry juice, lavender syrup, egg white and lemon juice.
