Harrogate based Slingsby Gin have partnered with luxury patisserie Maître Choux to create a stunning limited edition Rhubarb Gin infused éclair which launched this week.
Topped with golden flakes, the must-have sweet treat for gin lovers is made with Slingsby’s award winning Rhubarb Gin and the limited edition pastry is available now exclusively from the Maître Choux Soho and Kings Road stores until the 12th March.
The indulgent cream filling which is infused with Rhubarb gin has been developed to capture the delicious blend of the Gin’s botanical and citrus elements in every bite and not only is it mouthwatering, but the exclusive éclair is an Instagrammer’s dream, finished off with a striking pink icing glaze, rhubarb décor and a touch of sparkle with edible golden flakes.
