Companies looking for somewhere new to celebrate this festive season can now take advantage of a unique offering at The Chefs’ School at The Viaduct, the training ground for young apprentice Chefs in Calderdale.
All the food at The Chefs’ School is prepared by apprentice chefs under the guidance of an expert team of professional chefs from award-winning Cooking School at Dean Clough. All bookings for Christmas can make a difference with as they support young apprentice chefs in their ambitions to achieve Level 2 NVQ in Professional Cookery.
Director Matthew Benson-Smith says “We can offer fantastic, locally sourced and freshly prepared food, a sparkling welcome and a really unique venue for a Christmas party. Our apprentices will be working hard throughout the season to produce delicious dishes, from hearty breakfasts through to Christmas afternoon teas and evening party buffets. “
The venue is perfect for any party up to 100 people and is available throughout December. Food options start at just £5.95 per person for a buffet lunch and private venue hire is available as well as smaller table bookings.
