The Devonshire Arms Hotel, Yorkshire Creates The World’s Most Expensive Yorkshire Pudding!

National Yorkshire Pudding Day is on Sunday 2nd February, and to celebrate the day of this signature Yorkshire dish, The Devonshire Arms Hotel, Bolton Abbey have created the World’s most expensive Yorkshire Pudding with the help of food guru, Elaine Lemm.

Head Chef at The Burlington, Adam Smith used his expert knowledge of the most luxurious products on the market to help conjure up the £500 creation!

The Yorkshire Pudding has been made using the finest ingredients including a Beer-Fed Dexter Beef Fillet, Whole Black Perigord Truffle and even Gold Leaf!
