Spiced root vegetable soup finished with cream and vegetable frites.
SMOKED SALMON GATEAU
Individually layered dish of smoked salmon, prawns and beetroot finished with a herb cheese and granary toast.
BAKED BELLY PORK
Slow braised and pan-fried belly pork served on griddled black pudding with a cider apple puree.

TRADITIONAL ROAST TURKEY
White and dark meat local turkey with roast potatoes, bacon chipolatas,
roasted parsnips, sage and onion stuffing and served with cranberry sauce.
LOCAL GAME PIE
A rich individual game pie with a traditional suet crust served with
a rosemary mash and a juniper jus.
CHARTERHOUSE MUSHROOMS
A mix of pan-fried mushrooms and sun blushed tomatoes in a creamy sauce
spiked with horseradish cream served on a bed of braised wild rice.
