East Yorkshire spirit producer Wicstun Distillery have launched 3 new drinks, in a bid to raise much-needed funds in the run-up to Christmas for Scarborough based St Catherine’s Hospice.
The new products include Scarborough Gin, an aromatic gin made using kelp, cardamon and heather tips, a smooth caramel flavoured Toffee Vodka and a Spiced Dark Rum, full of Christmas spices.
Available to purchase directly from St Catherine’s Hospice’s restaurant or from the Wicstun Distillery website, 17.5% from the sale of each bottle will be donated to the Hospice by the Distillery.
Starting life as a lock down project in the family kitchen, Wicstun Distillery produce a range of handcrafted spirits from their base in Market Weighton, where they opened their new distillery, open to the public for tours and tasting events earlier this year.
