Leading Northern food retailer, Booths, has selected award winning Yorkshire bakers and patissiers, Just Desserts to supply a range of premium products for its online and store Christmas catalogue, as part of its commitment to support quality artisan producers. This is the first supermarket win for the Shipley baker.
Just Desserts has supplied its handcrafted treacle tart, Yorkshire curd tart and award winning raspberry franzipan, as well as an assorted box of 6 (10cm) individual tarts for the petit fours offer from Booths, including treacle, bakewell, pear and almond, Yorkshire curd, rhubarb franzipan and raspberry franzipan. The premium desserts are all handmade at the Shipley bakery using locally sourced ingredients
