Malton based Yorkshire Wolds Apple Juice are to one of their award-winning products included in new hamper dining experience at Lords Cricket Ground this summer.
The new Made In Oldstead, Inspired by Lord’s hampers will be available during international matches, including The Ashes, as part of a project with Michelin-starred chef Tommy Banks.
Owner Jane said: “We were approached around a year ago and after producing some samples, a final juice was decided on. We’ve pressed and bottled nearly 4000 bottles and are so excited to of been included alongside a number other fantastic producers!”
Created to reflect the uniqueness of Tommy’s cooking, the hampers will include ingredients grown and foraged in the UK and include Lobster served with a tart, citrusy dressing, sausage rolls made with salt-aged Yorkshire beef served with a fermented sauce and flapjacks made with spruce tips, foraged locally from nearby woods.
