York based ice cream manufacturer Yorvale are celebrating after scooping 3 awards at this year’s Great Yorkshire Show.
The family run company were awarded prestigious Gold awards for their Vanilla with Vanilla Pod and Sea Salted Caramel ice creams, whilst their Chocolate Orange flavour too home a bronze.
Up against some of the regions biggest ice cream producers, the awards are all the more sweeter coming in the companys 30th anniversary year.
Director of Yorvale, Lesley Buxton said: “We are thrilled with the result and the recognition from the judges at The Great Yorkshire Show. The awards are a real testament to the great work our team do in making a fantastic product that our customers love.”
Established in 1989 by husband and wife Lesley and Ian, Yorvale use milk from their own herd to produce their award winning range.
This year has seen the business increase their on-farm premises significantly, giving the team the opportunity to expand their range of products to include range of kefir drinking yogurt and frozen kefir.
