Michelin-Starred Chef Tommy Banks served up a mouth-watering 5-course meal in the comfortable setting of Lockwood’s restaurant in Ripon, North Yorkshire, on Friday night (26th February)
Tommy, the youngest UK Michelin Starred chef in the UK, owns The Black Swan in Oldstead. He uses the finest seasonal, local and sustainable ingredients from quality suppliers to provide diners with cleverly thought-out, delicious and beautifully presented food.
Matthew Lockwood commented: “Tommy loved conjuring up his courses at Lockwoods and it went down so well with our diners. The night was a huge success. Our thanks to Tommy and his team.”
