• To work as part of your employer’s team to ensure a unique and outstanding experience is delivered to all our customers.
• To complete the full apprenticeship framework.
• Responsible to Head Chef

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• To strive to anticipate customers needs whenever possible and react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.
• To provide all customers with a professional, helpful, friendly service at all times.
• To assist in the preparation of food to the high standards of the restaurant as directed by the Head Chef and Chefs.
• To ensure all foods are stored correctly and at the correct temperature and delivery checks are carried out to the required standard.
• To adhere to the Food Safety Policy and maintain cleanliness of work areas at all times.
• To practice exemplary personal hygiene.
• To adhere to knife techniques and safe equipment procedures.
• To be aware of food hygiene standards and ensure these are consistently delivered.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
