Bananas about Bhajis

Famous Indian Restaurant Prashad return to The Cooking School at Dean Clough in August with a very unusual starter on the menu. Kaushy Patel, Executive Chef at Prashad, will teach her class how to create Gujarati Banana Bhajis, which she serves to guests in her own home.

Also on the menu is Rhenghan Reveya – Baby Aubergines stuffed with a rich Peanut Massala “¨perfectly cooked Fluffy Rice, then ‘khuddy’ – a rich yoghurt sauce, a perfect accompaniment to the rice.

Matthew Benson-Smith, Director of The Cooking School said, “Our Secrets of Prashad courses always sell out and we only have few spaces left. Kaushy is an amazing chef and an excellent teacher and everybody on the class always loves her.”

Prashad, a vegetarian restaurant, famed for providing some of the best Indian cuisine in the UK and being a finalist on Gordon Ramsay’s Best Restaurant.
