An East Yorkshire baking company are celebrating after having their products listed nationwide in White Stuff stores.
The Bottled Baking Co, founded by Greg Fraser, will have their quirky baking gifts available to buy in shops across the country including Bury St Edmunds, Cardiff and Chelmsford.
Greg, who started the business in 2017 said: “I originally started the Bottled Baking Co as a way to simplify baking with my son whilst adding some fun and excitement. The business has gone from strength to strength, picking up awards and new stockists across the country and even some internationally. Our new listing with White Stuff is a really exciting addition and we’re looking forward to being able to stock them with our cookie mixes right across the country.”
The company, who have previously picked up 3 prestigious Great Taste Awards in 2017 and 2019, create baking bottles each containing all the dry ingredients needed to create a sweet treat along with a simple recipe to follow. The range has grown to include cakes, cookies and brownies as well as a number of seasonal varieties and accessories including; Hot Cross Bun Cake, Irresistible White Chocolate and Raspberry Tray Bake and Marvellous Cookies and Cream Muffins to name but a few.
Greg continues: “We’ve had to upgrade the production side of things as the home kitchen we were using couldn’t keep up with the demand! Now each and every bottle is lovingly hand made in our BRC rated food kitchen in East Yorkshire.”
2020 has been an exciting time for the company who benefitted from the increased enthusiasm for baking during lockdown. As well as the new White Stuff listing Bottled Baking Co products are now also available from Fenwick’s as well as a number of farm shops and independent retailers throughout the region and beyond.
“We’ve been able to secure a number of new stockists over recent months which has been fantastic and we’re excited to launch our new Gingerbread Brownie mix for Christmas which will be available in shops very soon, featuring fellow Yorkshire bakers Lottie Shaw’s biscuits in the bottle. Perfect for the festive season!”
