Castle Howard is to host acclaimed chef and food writer Sabrina Ghayour, for an exciting new supper club and book launch event on 25th October.
Welcome drinks will be hosted in the Great Hall before moving to the splendour of the Grecian Hall, where guests will hear from Sabrina herself, who is a regular on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen, before indulging in a delicious feasting menu of Persian and Middle Eastern-inspired mouth-watering recipes including Herbed lamb meatballs with warm yogurt and spice butter, Ras el Hanout poussins with sticky quince glaze and Sticky coffee and spice cake with pistachios and cinnamon cream.
Sabrina’s new book, Flavour, will launch in October and feature a new collection of simple, delicious, crowd-pleasing recipes. Available to purchase on the evening, Sabrina will be signing copies for guests as part of the event.
