Two iconic Yorkshire producers have collaborated this Christmas to create two deliciously festive treats.
Lottie Shaw’s bakery based in Brighouse, West Yorkshire have teamed up with award winning drinks producer, Sloemotion to create a range of baked goodies using their popular spirits.
The new products, which include Iced Gin Mince Pies using the Malton based company’s Hedgerow Gin and a rich Sloe Gin Fruitcake are available now and are proving popular in the run up to Christmas.
The products are part of Lottie Shaw’s much anticipated seasonal Christmas range which also includes festive versions of their famous Yorkshire Parkin and Brandy Snaps.

The collaboration rounds off an exciting year for the family run business after scooping the Best Flavoured Spirit award at the Deliciouslyorkshire Taste Awards in November with their newest release Hedgerow Gin with Rhubarb & Raspberry.
