Harewood Food and Drink Project launch new pop-up concept

Harewood Food and Drink Project launch new pop-up concept “Dining Room at Harewood.”

The team at the Harewood Food and Drink project are set to launch their latest innovative dining experience later this month.

Following the great success of the Hidden Harewood series which saw diners move round the estate and enjoy home grown and reared food in some of its hidden corners, Dining Room at Harewood will see food enthusiasts enjoying a stripped back version of a fine dining experience.

Acclaimed chef Josh Whitehead will create a sumptuous feast made using Harewood’s incredible produce and as the name suggests, the evening will be an exceptional dining experience based in one of the estates wonderful locations.

Eddy Lascelles, Director of the Harwood Food and Drink said: “Diners can expect a rustic and cosy dining space with stunning seasonal food. This is our simple, single focused version of fine dining and not to be missed!”

“We’ll be teaming up once again with some old friends and co-conspirators in Leeds City College, Sofia Rebelo, Latitude Wine Merchants and The Plant Room to bring our diners a very special and unique dining experience.”

The Harewood Food and Drink Project team are also celebrating this summer after their Greystone Gin, which is made using botanicals found on the estate, won a silver award at the London Dry Gin category of the International Wine and Spirit Competition in London.

The Dining Room at Harewood event will be running over two nights on Thursday 30th and Friday 31st August with two sittings per night at 6.30pm and 8.30pm.
