Leeds based bakers Lottie Shaw’s have launched their 2022 Autumn range.
The new selection of baked goodies from the family run company include all the traditional flavours of autumn, all wrapped up in their signature recyclable packaging.
Founded in 1912, by Lottie’s great aunts who began creating authentic Yorkshire cakes and biscuits in their bakery, the secret family recipes have now been passed down through three generations and remain at the heart of the award-winning business today.
Now the team of skilled bakers create their range, which includes gifts, treats and hampers, from a purpose-built bakery in the heart of the Yorkshire Pennines.
The newly released 2022 autumn range includes a Pumpkin Gingerbread Decorating Kit which comes with six beautiful, pumpkin-shaped biscuits, along with two decorating pens and a sachet of Smarties for you to get creative, Yorkshire Parkin, the traditional, sticky, ginger cake made using black treacle and the Yorkshire Parkin Biscuit Box which includes authentic Yorkshire Parkin biscuits baked with oatmeal, ginger, and treacle, to the original family recipe, dating back over a century.
Owner Charlotte Shaw said: ‘We’re really excited to launch our 2022 autumn range which includes some classic products and flavours reminiscent of this time of year.
