Masons of Yorkshire Celebrate Milestone with Limited Edition Gin

Masons of Yorkshire are celebrating 10 years in business this month and marking the occasion with the release of a limited-edition gin.

Karl and Cathy Mason launched Masons of Yorkshire on World Gin Day (June 10th) in 2013, after Karl set up a Facebook page posting reviews of his and wife Cathy’s favourite gin finds, and the idea for Masons was born.

The company, who now employ 24 people and operate from a state-of-the-art distillery in Bedale, North Yorkshire, have navigated the brands growth, a devastating fire and the pandemic, as well as hosting prime minister visits and even receiving invitations to Buckingham Palace over the past decade, collecting over 180 national and international awards along the way.

Karl said: “Cathy and I just want to thank everyone who has supported us on our journey with Masons of Yorkshire and helped us get to where we are today.

“We’ve always tried take a different approach to our products, distilling our gins with the juniper and other botanicals for a pure, authentic taste and never adding flavours that haven’t been distilled. We call this the Masons way, with no gimmicks, no shortcuts and absolutely no compromises.”

The new Limited-Edition gin has been made using two different varieties of juniper and features other key botanicals such as coriander, fresh lime, bay leaf, and Szechuan pepper, which add complexity, making it a well-rounded and delicious spirit, fitting for a 10th anniversary celebration.

The new gin comes in a beautiful presentation box and is available to buy online at www.masonsofyorkshire.com
