Meet Father Christmas at Kilnsey Park Estate

There will be a sprinkle of festive magic across Kilnsey Park this winter, as we host our annual Christmas cracker.

Father Christmas will visit the Dales for a special weekend of family fun on 17 and 18 December 2016 (schedule is the same for both days). He’ll be at the park’s magical wooden cabin ready to meet our little visitors, catch up on their Christmas wish lists and present them all with a gift to enjoy now.

Mrs Christmas will also be here, to look after children while they wait with activities and Christmas crafts. The Kilnsey Park trail will also be open for all visitors to undertake a special search for elusive Christmas puddings!

We’ll also be making sure our alpacas don’t miss out on the fun and they will come out to join our visitors at 1.30pm for a walk around the Park. At 3pm, the crackling Christmas campfire will be lit for toasted marshmallows and festive story-telling.

All this is included in the cost of just £8.95 per child, and adults are free. For an additional £3 per child there will also be pony-rides available on Sunday 18th December 12-2pm.

Throughout the day, our café will be open serving up delicious home-cooked festive fare including mince pies, Christmas cakes, hot turkey and cranberry sandwiches, our famous smoked trout chowders and award-winning pates and more, all washed down with warming hot chocolates and mulled wine.
