Noble’s Shellfish & Curing are a local family run business with heritage in the curing and smoking of fish & processing of shellfish dating back to 1891 when my great grandfather set up the first family smokehouse here in Whitby.

We still use those traditional methods that have been handed down through five generations to produce our award-winning Kippers, Kipper Fillets & Fresh Handpicked Whitby Crab Meat along with our Cold Smoked & Hot Smoked Salmon products, at Noble’s no dyes, additives or preservatives are used throughout the curing & smoking process of our products.

We commence work at midnight daily to process our handpicked shellfish to ensure a super fresh product is delivered every day to our customers, we can be contacted 7 days a week via our telephone 08.00 until 17.00 and our 24 hour answer machine service.
