Raisthorpe fizzes with Yorkshire Tonic pop-up

Award-winning Raisthorpe Manor has put the fizz into its festive plans with the opening of a pop-up selling its new range of Yorkshire tonics.

The new ‘Yorkshire Tonic’ stand is at the York Designer Outlet shopping centre where Raisthorpe already has its own shop selling its artisan gins, vodkas and whiskies.

The Yorkshire tonics are the latest innovation from Raisthorpe as it celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.

The mixers are strawberry and pomegranate, pink grapefruit, citrus, apple and elderflower, skinny and premium tonics.

Raisthorpe’s sales and operations director Oliver Medforth said: “The additional stand provides us with a great opportunity to showcase our new range of tonics. We’ve also got lots of Christmas gift ideas to share as well as samples of our fruit gin liqueurs, toffee caramel and chocolate vodkas.”

The Yorkshire Tonic stand can be found near the east entrance to York Designer Outlet and is open in the run up to Christmas. Raisthorpe also has a Yorkshire Tonic stand at the St Nicholas Christmas Fair in York which runs until 23 December.

Raisthorpe’s tonics, like its gin and vodka liqueurs, are made at the company’s farm on the Yorkshire Wolds by blending local water with a range of citrus and fruity botanicals.

Raisthorpe won five prestigious Great Taste Awards this year for its Oak Aged Dry Gin, its Elderflower, Rhubarb and Gooseberry Gin Liqueurs and its Gooseberry Gin jam.

Raisthorpe Manor Fine Foods’ other products include ports, chocolates, hampers and gifts which are available from independent retailers, delis and farm shops throughout Yorkshire and the UK, as well as online at www.raisthorpemanor.com
