Rosebud Preserves release new season marmalades
Masham based Rosebud Preserves have added a number of new products to their award-winning range.
With Seville Oranges now in season, the team have launched their new season marmalades, including a new Yorkshire Whisky Marmalade – a collaboration with fellow Yorkshire artisans The Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery at Hunmanby, Seville Orange Marmalade Kilner Jar, a Lemon & Ginger Marmalade and two Marmalade gift packs that come in the company’s elegant boxes.
The North Yorkshire company have been producing their range of jams and preserves since being founded in 1989 by Elspeth Biltoft, with their marmalade awarded a highly coveted gold at the 15th World Original Marmalade Awards in 2021.
Elspeth says: “I love this time of year in the kitchen as the air is scented with the fragrance of gently simmering orange peel.
“We use the best seasonal produce to make our products, including Seville oranges which are carefully cultivated in the heart of Andalucía, to make sure our products are of the highest quality and taste delicious.”
