The makers of Slingsby Gin have launched a new experience allowing gin enthusiasts to discover the beautiful art of distillation at their flagship store in, The Spirit of Harrogate.
The Master Distiller is a must-have for any gin lover who is looking for a hands-on experience and starts with a tasting session, to allow each guest to choose their preferred style of gin from a range of flavours including juniper, citrus, spice, floral, herbal and fruit.
Guests then choose their botanicals with guidance from the experts and once the ingredients are selected they are distilled on one of the mini copper stills, and the bespoke gin is bottled with a personalised label to take home.
Throughout the experience there will be opportunities to try different gins from the Slingsby range and the session finishes with a recommended ‘perfect serve’ from the in-house mixologists.
The unique experience follows in the footsteps of their popular ‘Spirit of Gin’ sessions, which allowed visitors to learn about the history of gin and get the chance to sample over 250 different gins in store and try some iconic G&T’s, made with various award-winning Slingsby Gin products.
