North Yorkshire based Sloemotion Distillery have launched a new product into their award-winning range made with their own Vodka and local strawberries.
The limited-edition Hedgerow Strawberry Spirit Drink, has been created using their triple distilled vodka, paired with locally grow fruit from Annabel’s Deliciously British Strawberry farm.
Grown just 30 miles from the distillery by third generation Yorkshire farmer and founder of Annabel’s Deliciously British, Annabel Makin-Jones, the berries were surplus ‘wonky’ produce from the 2022 harvest and have been repurposed to make the new delicious drink.
The delightfully light and fresh tipple, can be served over ice with tonic or sparkling Elderflower or mixed to create the perfect summer fruit punch, garnished with berries and a sprig of garden mint.
At 30% ABV it’s lower in alcohol content than normal spirits but packs a punch on flavour with its big hit of juicy, strawberry taste.

Experts at making products using whole fruit, such as their eponymous Sloe Gin, the team at Sloemotion Distillery steeped large amounts of the fruit in vodka allowing the full flavour of the berries to be drawn out, before being filtered to create a bright and beautiful gently pink spirit.
