A family farming business in the Yorkshire Dales have added an exciting new product to their award-winning range.
Yockenthwaite Farm, based at Langstrothdale, have launched their new Apple & Cranberry Overnight Oats, a blend of natural, locally sourced ingredients and a quick and healthy breakfast option.
Made using their Great Taste Award winning freshly rolled oats, the new overnight version also includes apples and cranberries for sweetness and nuts and seeds for added crunch. The carefully blended mix is quick and easy to prepare the night before and then ready to eat at breakfast time after being kept in the fridge overnight.
Owner Liz Hird said: “We’re really excited to launch our new product to the range and hope people love them as much as we do! Really easy to prepare as well as being super healthy, all you need to do is put a couple of spoonful’s of the mix into a jar before you go to bed, along with fruit juice or milk and a dollop of yoghurt, replace the lid and pop in the fridge to soak overnight. In the morning just give them a quick stir and add in any more toppings you’d like.”

Fifth generation hill farmers, the Hird family have farmed at Yockenthwaite since 1842.
