Britain’s oldest farm shop are hosting a new event to educate guests in the art of butchery.
Hinchcliffe’s, based at Netherton in West Yorkshire will hold their Steak Masterclass evening on Thursday 2nd April at their newly open restaurant The Rusty Bull.
Hosted by both Head Butcher Sean Tyndall and Head Chef Ashley Hart, guests will enjoy cocktails and canapés on arrival before learning about the art of butchery, including which are the best cuts to go for and top tips for buying meat.
Head Chef Ashley will then prepare the special cuts of the farms grass-fed beef in the restaurant for guests to enjoy alongside a number of wines selected by wine expert and supplier Dinah Kinnear from Walker & Wodehouse which will be perfectly matched with each cut of meat.
Special offers on both the meat and wines will also be available for those wishing to purchase on the night.
