After a gruelling couple of days in the kitchen, laughs, shouts and tears, the apprentice night was a huge success. I'm so proud of how well Nat, Adam and Laura coped in the kitchen and extremely proud of the food that was being produced. All three will have brilliant careers ahead of them. But there could only be one winner… There was a matter of 11 pence between third and first. But congratulations to Laura, her food earning her the title of apprentice champion, and a nice amount of cash to boot. Thanks to everyone who came along and supported us. Really means a lot.
