An East Yorkshire spirit producer has announced the launch of an exciting new product.
Market Weighton based Wicstun Distillery have released the first batch of their new Pickering Watercress & Cucumber Gin, a London Dry style gin designed to celebrate the flavours of Yorkshire.
Described as crisp, refreshing, and bursting with flavour, the botanicals for the gin have been blended to taste like a breath of fresh Yorkshire air.
Founder Jago Packer said: “For us, this gin is about more than just flavour. It’s about celebrating where we come from. We’re proud to call East Yorkshire our home, and by sourcing ingredients from nearby Pickering, we’re supporting local growers while showcasing the rich produce of our county.
