YORKSHIRE HEALTHY EATING COMPANY PARTNERS WITH PERSONAL TRAINERS

Yorkshire healthy eating company, Filmore & Union has teamed up with nutritionally-led personal trainers Fluid Training in Harrogate to form an exclusive partnership, advising people on the most effective food to eat before and after exercise to get the most from their workout.

The new link-up reinforces Filmore & Union’s niche healthy eating ethos in their 7 restaurants across Yorkshire and coincides with the launch of their new Fitness Menu and healthy take-out menu, which have been designed in conjunction with Fluid Training and are aimed at people who want to eat nutritious food on the go.

The protein-packed Fitness Menu explains what to eat, when, and has everything the body needs for a pre and post-workout refuel, taking the grey area out of how to replenish energy levels without resorting to unhealthy alternatives.

Fluid Training have over 20 years’ experience coaching British international athletes and top world ranked sports professionals, and will be offering their expert knowledge and advice during exclusive fitness and wellness consultations at Filmore & Union’s events, providing tailored lifestyle analysis and nutritional advice for those wanting to get fit and eat healthier.

Filmore & Union’s Founder Adele Ashley said, ‘We’re delighted to welcome Fluid Training on board; it means we can now offer our customers a distinctive synergy between exercising and healthy eating ““ we want to show people that getting fit doesn’t have to be hard work and that there are healthy options available for those who want to eat out or need to grab something on the go!’

Fluid Training’s Founder and Director Simon Bassett said, ‘There’s a natural synergy between what Filmore & Union offers and what Fluid Training offers, and we’re really excited about the link up.
