Gourmet beef and award-winning pies from The Yorkshire Wagyu Company are now available outside of Yorkshire thanks to its new online shop.
Following a successful test launch pre-Christmas, the business, based at Tibthorpe near Driffield has now gone live with a range of beef, burger and pie boxes.
Of the launch of the online shop, The Yorkshire Wagyu Company’s co-founder, Jonathan Shepherd said: “We’re pleased that we can now satisfy orders nationwide as we’ve had lots of requests for people who have tasted Yorkshire Wagyu at shows and who want to cook with it at home.”
In addition to the range of beef based products, The Yorkshire Wagyu Company has also created £25 and £50 gift vouchers that are redeemable online and has supported the launch of the website with a range of recipe dishes, including some created by York based gourmet food trail company Yorkshire Food Finder.
Online prices start at £108, including free delivery, for a box of 24 gourmet Yorkshire Wagyu burgers. A monthly beef box subscription costs £135 and contains a selection of six steaks, one roasting joint, four gourmet burgers, two 500g packs of mince and two 500g packs of stewing steak.
