Bracken Hill launch new range

One of Yorkshire best known preserve makers Bracken Hill Fine Foods are set to launch a number of exciting collaborative products this month at the Fine Food Show in Harrogate.

The Elvington based, family run firm run by Neil and Gill Maycock with their son Peter have teamed up with several local producers to develop a range of products to add to their already extensive and award-winning selection, using home grown and locally sourced produce whereever possible.

The new preserves include a mix of sweet and savoury and include Lime and Gin Marmalade and Tropical Twist Jam blended with spirits from Bedale based Masons Yorkshire Gin and Addingham Fruit Liqueurs as well as a new Rhubarb Curd using Yorkshire Forced Rhubarb from the world famous Oldroyds in West Yorkshire.

The new selection also includes Bracken Hill’s new cheeseboard range, created specifically to accompany a range of Yorkshire cheeses including Orange and Porter Ale, using gluten free beer from Wold Top Brewery, Orange and Yorkshire Chillies using chillies from the Yorkshire Chilli co.

The new range will be available throughout the region and beyond at farm shops and independent retailers and online at www.brackenhillfinefoods.co.uk
