The team at North Yorkshire based Sloemotion are set to continue their programme of special events this autumn in partnership with Castle Howard.
Two further Hedgerow Tour & Gin Tasting events will take place on 8th September and 6th October, with guests enjoying a 1.5 mile guided walking tour around some of Estate’s heritage hedgerows followed by a gin tasting.
Starting in Castle Howard’s Courtyard, you’ll be transported to explore some of the hidden corners of the Estate, with Sloemotion’s founder Joff Curtoy’s guiding guest through the hidden seasonal treasures throughout.
The events are not the first time that the teams at Castle Howard and Sloemotion have worked together, with the two collaborating on a special Estate Gin back in 2021.
The premium quality gin, which is available to buy online and in Castle Howard’s own Farm Shop, was inspired by both the diverse countryside throughout the 8000 acre Estate and the ethos of the distillery, with the gin featuring ingredients foraged from it’s own hedgerows.
