Yorebridge House, set in the heart of Wensleydale, in the picturesque village of Bainbridge, was created by Dave and Charlotte, by converting the historic Grade II listed Old School and Headmaster’s House, dating back to 1850.
Having had no previous experience in the Hospitality world, and the premises never having had a history for hospitality or food, Dave and Charlotte opened their doors in 2008, having transformed it into an award winning 11 bedroom, 5 star highly commended Restaurant with Rooms, and the only Restaurant with Rooms in Yorkshire to have been awarded 3 AA Rosettes in 2014, where its elegant and stylish interiors offer a warm intimate atmosphere.
Each of the luxurious bedrooms have been inspired by Dave and Charlotte’s travels, with room names that reflect their journey and which evoke very personal memories for them and for their visitors to enjoy. All suggest romance and exotic journeys recreated by Charlotte, who is also a sought after interior designer. All the furniture and fittings have been sourced from around the world, giving it a very unique, subtle and elegant opulence, all blended with warmth and generous hospitality,
